Actuellement, les étudiants résident au Mercure Hôtel du Parc. Ce dernier compte 90 chambres, un grand centre de conférence pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 350 personnes, des salles de réunion et un restaurant.

Les chambres des étudiants sont confortables et complètement équipées avec bureaux, TV, connexion internet, draps de lit, serviettes de bain et sèche-cheveux. Les salles de classe Vatel sont situées dans la partie bureaux de l’hôtel. C’est là que se trouvent les bureaux administratifs de Vatel, la salle des professeurs, la salle d’ordinateur Au sous-sol se trouvent la cafétéria et la salle commune des étudiants avec télé à écran plat, jeux vidéo et table de billard.

INTERNSHIPS

In the first year, your internship necessarily takes place in Switzerland.

From the second year on, you can do your internship in Switzerland or in any European country of your choice. This is based on your nationality and the European country in question (visa agreements).

During an internship in Switzerland, the student is generally provided a monthly gross salary of approximately CHF 2.168 gross per month

CAMPUS

At the moment students reside in the Mercure Hotel du Parc. There are 90 bedrooms in the hotel, a big conference center which can welcome up to 350 guests, smaller meeting rooms, and a restaurant. Students bedrooms are cozy, and fully equipped with a TV, desks, internet connection, bed sheets, towels, hair dryer. Vatel’s classrooms are located on the business side of the hotel, where are located Vatel’s administration offices, the teacher’s room, the library, the computer room. The cafeteria and the students’ common room with a big flat screen TV, video games and a pool table are located in the basement.

The building is spacious and modern, bathed with lots of sunlight and surrounded by a big park, a pond of water, and mountains in the background. A new students’ residence beside the hotel should be ready to welcome students as of September 2012.

TEACHING FACILITIES

All classrooms at Vatel Switzerland benefit from lots of sunlight, high tech equipment (beamer, laptop, internet connection, etc…). They are pleasant and have can accommodate large and small groups.
