- Tests: General culture, personality, English, Geography, essay, Interview
- File: Copies of academic transcripts and diplomas/ degrees.
- For Bachelor: secondary studies graduation certificate and entrance exam
- For Master: Bachelor’s degree from Vatel or Bac + 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry + a preparatory course of 1 year
